OVERALL OBJECTIVES Primarily responsible for growth and optimization of hospital accounts business for Oncology.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Identification of opportunities and development of partnerships with key hospital accounts. Understanding individual hospital accounts business model, strategic direction, and business issues. Mapping and engagement of stakeholders in the hospital that influence strategic decisions for the brands. Leads the development and execution of account-specific strategic and tactical plans to drive top and bottom lines. Develop detailed account profiles that will serve as a tool for investment and optimization. Leads the engagement and development of accounts Hospital CoP Leaders and advocates. Deliver Business Results and mastery of business processes of individual hospital accounts: Inclusion in hospital formulary Establish inventory level to ensure product availability all the time Participation in hospital biddings Familiarization of ordering and delivery system of accounts
TERRITORY ASSIGNMENT DETAILS Must be willing to manage Anchor/Primary/Secondary Hospitals in any location in the Philippines
JOB QUALIFICATION Certification and training in Accounts Management and Negotiation Skills (not required but an advantage) At least 3-5 years sales experience, with at least 3 years in Oncology Managerial competencies Leadership capabilities Excellent track record Account Management

New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
