Job Description
Job Scope:
  • Full responsibility of administrative operations’ day to day task.
  • Deal with all jobs/ projects correspondence, mail, courier service and phone calls.
  • Order and monitor office supplies and equipments e.g. stationeries, toner, letterhead, name cards, etc. 
  • Timesheet checking and recording for monthly payroll purpose.
  • Record and maintain staff’s database (staff info, leave and medical record, etc).
  • Liaise with shipyard personnel on any updates of in-house rules and regulation, process work pass application for shipyard work i.e. work badges & entry passes.
  • Enrollment of workers for shipyard compulsory course (HSE Induction, Fire watchman Course, Confined Space Safety Course etc) on timely basis. 
  • Update iSRP system by emailing changes on worker’s information (SSIC No. and Expiry date, Work Permit Expiry date, etc) to the iSRP system person-in-charge.
  • Provide assistance on work permit processing.
  • Arrange for pre-employment medical check-up as well as providing medical chits for staff who needs to visit the company’s panel clinic.
  • Handle corporate travel arrangements i.e. visa application, flight/boat ticketing and accommodation.
  • Other ad-hoc duties that being assigned from time to time.

Requirements:
  • Minimum GCE ‘O’ level or above.
  • Preferable to 1 year relevant experience but candidates without experience may also apply
  • Proficient in MS office application.
  • Possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive , resourceful , meticulous and well organized.

General Requirements:
  • Able to start work at short notice
  • Working location is in Tuas, Singapore , and transport will be provided.
  • 5.5 days work, alternative Saturday
