Job Description
HR Administrator (Compensation & Benefits)

  • Maintain accurate HR database and up to date employees’ information in PROSOFT/Oracle system. 
  • Updating and maintenance of P-File for employees. 
  • Administer employee benefits including medical, specialist, dental, and optical claims. 
  • Assist in Company Insurance matters. 
  • In charge of PROSOFT Leave Management System. 
  • In charge of monthly employees’ confirmation. 
  • Assist in reviewing company’s policies in accordance to market practices. 
  • In charge of transport arrangement and related matters. 
  • Responsible for arranging employees for annual medical examination. 
  • Responsible for issuing and re-ordering of uniforms, smocks & safety shoes. 
  • In charge of Company Keys. 
  • Assist in festival event arrangement. 
  • Assist in surveys relating to Compensation & Benefits. 
  • Assist in operating switchboard during Receptionist’s break/leave time. 
  • Involved in the employee communication / feedback sessions. 
  • Multi-task and ability to take ad-hoc projects and assignment from time to time. 

  • Minimum Diploma in Human Resource Management. 
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in Human Resource Department. 
  • Knowledge of HRIS / Oracle System preferred. 
  • Well versed with local employment law and legislation. 
  • Enjoy working in a dynamic and fast pace environment. 
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
