HR Assistant (central)  

Job Responsibilities Assist in company's recruitment matter and processes. Assist in managing employee's promotion, salary adjustments and transfers. Assist in review staff training needs and manage learning calendar for employees. Monitor and report program outcomes and result that include tracking of training records, costs, effectiveness, trainee evaluation and feedback forms. Responsible for general HR administrative task (eg. Application for Medical and Insurance Coverage, workmen compensation, attendance, work pass application, tabulation of commission.) Any other HR Matters whenever deem necessary by the company. Assist with Ad hoc event planning with the Company. Job Requirements Min 1 year of experience in Human Resource/Administration or relevant Possess Diploma/Degree Willing to work on alternate Saturyday (9am-1pm) Contact Person: Ong, Jaremy - Reg.No:R1876766 (
