Job Description

Position Title: HR Business Partner
Office: Kuala Lumpur
Major duties and responsibilities
Ensure that compensation practices are in compliance with current legislation (pay equity, Employment Act, etc)
Using various methods and techniques to analyse & work out propose data based decisions on direct financial, indirect financial and nonfinancial compensations
Prepare job descriptions, job analysis, job evaluations and job classifications
Participate in salary and labour market surveys to determine prevailing pay rates and benefits
Conduct ongoing research into emerging trends, issues and best practices
Conduct periodic HR audits and prepare reports
Assist in preparing statistics and analysis as and when required
Timely preparation and submission of monthly, quarterly & ad-hoc reports for local, regional and statutory bodies
Handling of employee medical benefits, i.e. Group Insurances, Outpatient & Dental
Experience with labour, comp & ben market surveys
Experience in recruitment
Adequate knowledge of current Malaysian labour rules and regulations including practical knowledge of staff industrial issues
Familiarity with various types of incentives and benefits
at least 6-7 years related working experience
