HR Business Partner, Merger & Acquisition focused
We are representing a company that has been rapidly expanding through merger and acquisition activities globally and as a result of continued growth, there is now a headcount available to be part of the global team and operating strategically to support people agendas and acquisitions.
This is a strategic role that works closely with the business in pre- and post-acquisition stages. You will consult and discuss inputs around due diligence data, evaluating synergies in the integration approach. Besides the identification of HR impact and risk analysis of people issues, there will be the cultural assessment to consider, to ensure effective employee engagement post-merger.
The ideal candidate should have between 7 to 12 years of HR experiences, and having led extensive acquisition and transformation projects, within a technology or professional services environment.
You will have solid grasp of employment legislation in Asia Pacific countries and stakeholder management skills, to thrive in an international culture.
