Job Description



  • Mainly to handle foreign workers matters.
  • Prepare letter and documents for HR matters.
  • Handle payroll.
  • Provide support for manpower planning, recruitment and selection process.
  • Ensure timely compliance with all statutory payment and requirements relating to PCB, KWSP, SOCSO, Employment Act, etc.
  • To assist in staff disciplinary issue.
  • Liaison with government authorities, when required.
  • Update records of office personnel and annual/medical leave with strict confidentiality.
  • Handling of Group PA/workmen compensation insurance and claims etc.
  • Administrative support to various departments.
  • Application of work permits and renewal as and when required.
  • Update insurance schedule (PA & Medical) and follow up all the claims and documentation works.
  • Assist on ad-hoc insurance matters.
  • Periodically review companys insurance plans with insurance service provider.
  • Renewal for CIDB license.

  • Candidates mustposses at least aDiploma, Advanced/higher/Graduate Diploma, any field.
  • Preferable Junior or Senior Executive specializing inHuman resources /Admin orequivalent.
  • At least 2 years of working experienceinrelated field.
  • Good interpersonal, analytical and communication skills
  • Committed, responsible and integrity individual.
  • Proficiency inEnglish andBahasa Malaysia.
  • Computer literate.
  • Able towork under minimum supervision.
