About the company
A global commodities company is looking to for a HR Executive to join their team.

About the role
This is a HR Generalist APAC role supporting:
  • End-to-end recruitment, onboarding and offboarding
  • Plan and organize training programs
  • Administrative support during performance management
  • Compensation and Benefits
  • Payroll processing: annual AIS submission, IR21 filing
  • Employee engagement
  • Ad hoc HR projects

About you
You need to have a diploma and have at least 5 years of HR Generalist experience working in an MNC. You are meticulous and reliable. You must have experience in talent development, job evaluation/grading or salary structure. You must be familiar with local payroll processing. You are proficient in Microsoft Office and have good knowledge of Singapore Employment Act. You must be able to speak Mandarin to liaise with some of the APAC counterparts.
It will be good to have working experience with Easy Pay and SuccessFactors and knowledge of regional payroll.
