Job description: - Manage full recruitment process and ensure efficient and effective placement for hires - Responsible on proactive sourcing of candidates - Activate recruitment sources in shortlisting quality candidates for hiring managers - Work closely with HR Business Partners to gather interview feedback and fine-tune screening criterial - Work with recruitment vendors on job specification on providing quality candidates
Requirements: - Familiar with web based recruiting application such as data mining tools and job board - Skilled in pre-screening to determine candidate's fit for defined position - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Posseses positive traits, problem solving skills and result driven

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
