The Job
As an HR Executive, you will oversee the entire hiring process from recruitment to on-boarding of a new-joiner. You will also handle employer-employee relations; negotiation of staff grievances, disciplinary and counselling

You are responsible for:
  • Drafting of job descriptions, shortlisting candidates, interviewing and reviewing.
  • Employee on-boarding (Orientation, Probation/Confirmation) and off-boarding.
  • Work passes application and renewal.
  • Maintaining personnel records.
  • Being involved in employee training and development.
  • Processing payroll and CPF contributions.
  • Supporting in development and implementation of HR policies, plans, processes and programs
  • Assisting in general administration as assigned by the Manager
  • Creating, implementing and administering human resources policies and procedures and ensuring that practices are compliant with statutory requirements and guidelines.
  • Supporting employee relations by providing guidelines and clarifications on policies and their application.

The Profile
  • You possess at least a Bachelor's Degree/Post-Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
  • You have at least 2 years of relevant HR experience.
  • You have strong communication and interpersonal skills to manage multiple stakeholders.
  • You are a good team player and able to work independently.
  • You must be organized, with the ability to multitask and work under pressure.
  • You must be a detailed, patient and fast worker
  • You have the drive to exceed expectations and in delivering excellence.
