Job Description
Responsibilities:
Partner HR Manager to provide support in full spectrum of HR functions to lines of business
Assist with recruitment and employee onboarding
Take charge of payroll administration
Manage work pass applications, renewals and cancellation, medical requirements for foreign workers
Updating and maintaining proper HR database and records in the systems
Assist HR Manager in HR Transformation projects
Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent.
At least 1-2 years of relevant work experience, especially payrolls processing
Sound knowledge of Local Employment Act, CPF Act, Income Tax and legislation is a must
Keen interest in technology will be an added advantage
Must be IT savvy
Demonstrate high level of confidentiality and able to communicate with all levels of staff
Independent, mature with innate sense of responsibility. Self starter and resourceful.
