Our team helps bridge the relationship between leadership and employees at PwC through Human Resources solutions. You’ll handle issues on operation management, strategic partnership, employee relations and emergency responding. Responsibilities
Support the HR Client Services Manager on matters relating to compensation and benefits, recruitment, global mobility, performance management and other staff administration services.
Assist with the implementation of HR initiatives to support the business unit’s growth.
Assist with the budget and manpower planning and other HR projects as and when required.
Diploma or Degree in Human Resources or a related discipline with at least 4 years of relevant HR generalist experience.
Highly motivated and resourceful.
Possess strong interpersonal skills, confidence and maturity to interact effectively with all levels of staff.
Ability to thrive on challenges in a very fast-paced and high volume environment where quality and speed are of essence.

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
