Job Description

Job Description:
  • Engage in establishment of HR system and in Recruitment and Training of Manila Office
  • Represent the company in Collective Bargaining Agreement talks with the unions
  • Engages in CBA negotiations, strike correspondence
  • Labor-management negotiations at two location (Manila and Mindanao office) and support labor problems
  • Response in case of trouble with using piping of DOLE, DENR, etc.
  • Watch current government's labor policy and put government labor policy in HR system


Job Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Law or any related course
  • With at least 10 years of HR Engagement such as Labor policy, Recruitment and Training
  • At least 2 years managerial experience
  • Experience working in unionized companies
  • Experience in handling labor issues
  • Actual experience in CBA negotiations, administration of CBA contracts etc.

OUR CLIENT is a subsidiary company of one of the largest non-ferrous metal producer in Japan. Under this holdings there are 2 companies, wherein one of the corporation is engage mainly in the manufacture and export of nickel and cobalt mixed sulfide while the other company is first company in the world to successfully employ the highly efficient High Pressure Acid Leaching (HPAL) technology turn low grade nickel, which was once considered as waste.
