Job Description
  • Implement plans to meet organisations strategic direction on manpower growth
  • Harmonise the manpower planning and budgeting process through setting guidelines, requirements and templates
  • Partner with Group Finance and institutions to consolidate institutions manpower budget at cluster level
  • Align the implementation of manpower planning policies and procedures across institutions
  • Review optimal utilisation of manpower resources through workload analysis studies

Job Requirements
  • Degree with at least 5 years of relevant experience in workforce planning and forecasting
  • Proficient in statistical software package is an added advantage
  • Strong numeric and analytical skills
