Work with various Head of Departments and formulate effective recruitment plans
Involved in full spectrum of recruitment for Managerial positions and above
Involved in review of internal policies, processes and structures
Communicating with Business Leaders to ensure talent development are appropriate and in line with organization objectives
Spearhead learning and development initiatives
Ensure that information within the HR System are kept up to date
Review and benchmark internal and external environment to ensure that organization’s policies and procedures are competitive and up-to-date
Ensuring that all HR policies and procedures are in line with both local regulations and company guidelines
Comply with all relevant internal rules, policy and procedures, including those relating to Health and Safety, Data Protection and all those contained within the issued Employee Handbook and Policies and Procedures Manual.
Perform any duties or tasks relating to HR
Possesses a Degree in Business Management/Human Resources or any other equivalent qualification
Brings along at least 5 years of relevant experience in a relevant field
Experience within the F&B/FMCG industry is desirable
Candidates should be motivated, energetic and enthusiastic about interacting with people
Possess all the right attitudes such as proactive, self-disciplined, responsible, strong team spirit and an unquenchable desire to learn

Interacting with external customers and internal customers and addressing their queries, requests and complaints.

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
