$4,000 x 12 months
VOLT, Singapore are looking for a smart and independent HR / Office Administrator for a growing MNC based in Buona Vista area.
Good knowledge and understanding of HR is essential for this role, and will be reporting to a HR Manager
This role will oversee the Management of the office of around 50 pax and this person will be highly visible within the organization and will therefore need to have a warm and outgoing personality.
Responsibilities:
Light Secretarial support to 3 Directors:
  • Processing expenses
  • Booking of flights
  • Ad hoc duties as needed.

Providing HR Administration including:
  • Updating and maintaining of P-Files
  • Payroll Administration
  • Managing leave administration
  • Benefits Administration

Office Management:
  • Facilities management - Ensure everything is well maintained and in working order
  • Ordering of Pantry and stationary supplied
  • Assists in the planning and logistics of any events or activities - every Friday ordering lunch for the team
  • Work with team and follow up on any adhoc projects.
