Job Description


The Talent
  • Degree graduate in Human Resources, Business or other relevant discipline 
  • At least 10 years of relevant experience 
  • Strong knowledge in Singapore Employment Act, local policy, office management, set-up policy, etc 
  • Team management skills, demonstrated ability to coach, motivate, delegate and lead effective team 

The Job
  • First point of contact for all administrative & HR duties. 
  • Accurate management of invoicing, payment collection and financial reconciliation. 
  • Lead the on boarding process for new hires and manage HR tasks including Payroll, annual leave, CPF filings etc 
  • Organising, planning and executing company events 
  • Daily management of the office: making sure everything runs smoothly including overseeing snacks/food/beverages for office and ensuring there is sufficient stock of office supplies and equipment 
  • And most of all assist in facilitating an overall positive employee experience through ongoing operational support 
  • Set-up HR & Office policy and SOP
