Job Description
1. Recruitment

a) Invite and schedule interviews.

b) Maintain the recruitment channels;

c) Handle the on-boarding process of ZTE direct and Outsourcing employees to ensure that new employees are integrated and become fully operational.

2. HRIS/ HR Database - to ensure HR database is updated continuously and maintain the confidentiality

• Maintain up to date and accurate record of employees (Outsourcing Staff)

• Updating employee database for any changes additional employee, resignation of employee, transfer of employee (Outsourcing Staff)

3. Attendance & Leave management of Outsourcing Staff (Weekly/Monthly Report etc.)

4. Handling queries relating to outsourcing policies and procedures, properly handles complaints. Coordinate with Manpower Partners when it comes to disciplinary actions.

5. HR Operation Services (assist with day to day operation for both ZTE employees and Outsourcing Employees)

6. Assist and cooperate with the local country HR Manager.

7. Assist HR Manager in Employee Relations such as organizing company activities, birthday celebration etc.

8. Other HR admin job (filing etc.)

9. Performs other duties as assigned
