Our client is a renowned US multi-national with an international footprint. There is a newly created role for a HR Operations Manager to be based in Singapore. Reporting directly to the HR Director, you will be responsible for HR operations including talent acquisition, performance management and employee life cycle.

You are responsible for the delivery of HR support services for the Singapore headcount. You are an advisor to business leaders and will recommend HR solutions on employee issues and HR strategies. You will have the opportunity to implement and work on regional HR initiatives and projects.

Successful candidate is degree qualified in HR or related, possess a minimum of 8 to 10 years of professional HR Operations experience with multinational companies. You are a strong communicator and task-oriented person. Ideally, you enjoy working in a fast paced environment. You will have strong knowledge of local legislation and have an eye for details.
