HR/Senior HR Officer (West, RBA Framework, Up to $3.8K)  

A well-established Japanese Manufacturing MNC. Responsibilities:​ Provide advice and procedural guidance to Managers and Employees on employee related matters ranging from but not limited to attendance/performance management, disciplinary and grievance in accordance with legislation and the company policies. Conduct periodic review of HR policies (including employee handbook) & processes, and recommend changes if necessary, to ensure full compliance in local employment legislation & other business framework standards. Support the HR Manager in Compensation & Benefits activities that include conducting market review of salary and benefits to ensure competitiveness, propose year-end increment & bonus matrices, and recommending compensation proposals. Support the HR Manager in Union related matters including organizing meetings, events and Collective Agreement negotiations. Prepare monthly and annual HR reports for analytics purpose. Responsible for headcount budgeting, planning and forecasting. Experience in full-cycle Recruitment including sourcing, job posting, coordinating interviews and working with recruitment firms. Conduct and coordinate employee on-boarding and off-boarding process. Plan, organize and coordination of recruitment drives and career/job fairs. Assist in checking and reconciliation of monthly Payroll. Assist in submission of Government survey forms. Submitting of Work Pass application, renewal and cancellation (S Pass & Work Permit). Take part in planning and organizing of company events & activities. Support in HR projects, initiatives or duties as assigned by Manager. Requirements: Degree in Human Resources. Minimum 5 years’ experience in a Generalist role. Prior experience in the Manufacturing industry is highly preferred. Demonstrates good understanding of local employment legislation and related statutory regulations. Proficient in MS Office Suite applications. Experience in managing Industrial Relations would be an advantage. Knowledge of RBA framework is highly preferred. Good communication skills, both written and spoken. Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines. ​Other Information:​ Working Location: Pioneer (Transport pick up are provided islandwide in various MRT stations).
