This is premier investment manager continues to invest in progressive transformation change. In support of building an organisation that embraces future technologies and becoming a data-driven intelligent enterprise, it is recruiting a dynamic HR Transformation Manager.
You will lead the people change agenda in transforming the business and operations in their adoption of future technologies including Robotic Process Automation. As a change agent, you will transform and build a new culture in embracing a new way of working with front to back office innovation, operational excellence and enhanced technologies to increase scale, speed and manage risk. You will be responsible for leading, developing and executing the people change and engagement strategy.
You possess prior experience in managing successful change and engagement programs for global, complex change projects, particularly on the people agenda. While experience working within human resources and/or financial services is preferred, candidates with relevant HR change experience outside of financial services can also apply. You are credible, tenacious and driven and possess strong communication, influencing and senior-level stakeholder management skills.

Interacting with external customers and internal customers and addressing their queries, requests and complaints.

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
