Job Description

HR Admin and Support

• Support the maintenance of HRIS systems to ensure records are up-to-date and accurate

• Maintenance of HR records, administrative forms and policies to ensure proper documentation

Employee Relations

• Front Line for all employees HR enquiries (on HR policies and processes)

• Ensuring policy adherence and compliance amongst employees

• Process employees' request (eg: certification letter) and provide relevant HR support or information (main)

• Support the HR team in exit/ off-boarding (operators) process

• Support in resolving ER issues

Talent Acquisition/ Recruitment

• Submission of application, renewals and cancellation for work passes (EP, SP, DP and WP)

• Support the Talent Acquisition Manager in recruitment activities and campus roadshows

• Support the on-boarding and orientation activities (interview bookings, forms, misc activities)

• coordinate the pre-employment medical if required and work passes 6-month medical review

• Support in preparation of contracts/ offer letters/ contract renewals (operators) and other on-boarding activities

• Support in arrangement and booking of air tickets (for PRC operators)


• Any other duties and ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the HR Director


- Diploma or Degree with about 1 to 2 years of related working experience in a high volume manufacturing environment

- Entry level can be considered
