Job Description OVERALL PURPOSE OF JOB Provides general human resources support for assigned personnel and/or projects or units, including staffing, retention, orientation, career development, performance management, compensation, employee relations and communications. Ensures that HR policies and practices are consistent with company standards and are correctly communicated and implemented. He/she provides guidance and support to resolve supply/demand issues and provides input into resource planning activities.
Job Qualifications TO QUALIFY:

College Graduate preferably of Psychology or any Human Resource related courses.
At least 2 to 4 years HR related work experience.
Good communication skills.
Willing to do Cyclical Shifting.

Should have work experience focus in any 2 of the following functional areas:
Performance Management
Employee Relations/Career Counseling
Labor Relations Resource
Management Training & Development
Compensation & Benefits Administration
Client Management

Additional notes/keyask:
Knowledgeable of Labor Law as this is the backbone as HR People Advisors â€" either from academe or work experience
Strong stakeholder management
No issues working in different locations within Metro Manila from time to time
No issues working extended work hours
Must have at least 1.5 years BPO industry experience
