Our client provides multi-capability solutions in digital enablement services to help their customers to utilise digital technology and groundbreaking services to deliver dynamic business results. They have international presence that builds, designs and supports ICT solutions for their customers throughout the world. They are looking for unique individual to join their growing business as an Sales Manager.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Manages sales of the companys products and services.
  • Acquisition of new customers and growing of under penetrated accounts
  • Ensures consistent, profitable growth in sales revenues through positive planning,
  • Identifies objectives, strategies and action plans to improve
  • Analyze the market, prioritize, develop sales strategy.
  • Identify target customers and derive actions list to meet personal and company objectives.
  • Reporting to Account Director for Enterprise Sector
  • Keeping up to date with products and competitors
  • Generate/ qualify leads, & build a funnel of opportunities large enough to meet sales objectives
  • Engage effectively with all levels across a customers organisation to include all C-level executives, negotiate with customers and effectively close business deals.
  • Meet & exceed monthly goals by managing sales activity according to agreed market development strategy
  • Maintain and develop existing customers through appropriate propositions and ethical sales methods, and relevant internal liaison, to optimise quality of service, business growth, and customer and satisfaction
  • Familiarity with Enterprise/commercial tender process.
  • Work with cross functional teams to develop comprehensive solutions to address business opportunities and meet customer's specific requirement
  • Work closely together with distributors and vendors for better market reach
  • Respond to and follow up sales enquiries using appropriate methods
  • Analysing the customer base within the territory and identifying potential major sales opportunities
  • To understand and identify corporate customers ICT needs through account planning and profiling
  • Meticulous in collations of reports so that can track & monitor sales funnels accurately
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant ICT sales experience in Enterprise/Commercial sector with Strong Track Record preferably in Financial Service Industry or Manufacturing verticals
  • Able to work within a team and also independently to achieve business goals.
  • Enterprise /Commercial sales experience with excellent interpersonal and communications skills
  • Strong account acquisition experience
  • Self-motivated with a strong drive to succeed
  • High Proficiency in MS Word, Excel & Powerpoint
  • Able to sell the full range of IT/Telecommunications solutions
  • Education Level : Diploma and above

Other Information:
Location : Near Tai Seng MRT
Working days : 5 days - Monday to Friday (9am to 6.00pm),
Salary : Basic Up to $5,500 + commission + mobile allowance (reimbursement) + transport allowance
