- Up to S$3,200 + Completion Bonus
- Global US MNC / Joo Koon
- 9am 6pm
- Customer Focus & Good Verbal Communication with Listening Skills Preferred!
- Able to speak in English & Mandarin - Required to engage Mandarin speaking Customers!

Our client is one of the Global US MNC - Worlds Major Worldwide Producer of Electronics and Electrical Components that is looking for suitable candidates to join their growing business as a Sales Coordinator (Mandarin Speaking)!

  • Processing Parts Sales orders for External Customers (S.E.A.)
  • Make delivery within service level upon receipt of order acknowledgement
  • Maintain Sales Quotation promptly
  • Handle & reply all orders / enquiries by the next working days to meet customer's expectation
  • Support in shipping and outbound documentation
  • Ensure Sales order files , literature and manuals are maintained properly
  • Coordinating with warehouse on picking orders to ensure prompt collection of cargoes.
  • Arranging and liaising with forwarding agents for booking of Containers and flight details

  • Min. Diploma in relevant studies (i.e. Business, Logistics, Engineering).
  • Has 2 or more years of experience in the above-mentioned
  • Able to speak in English & Mandarin - Required to engage Mandarin speaking Customers!

  • Location : Joo Koon (Company transport available)
  • Working days : 5 Days / 9am 6pm
  • Salary : Up to S$3,200 / Negotiable (Salary will commensurate according to experience & qualifications).
