  • Supporting and driving end to end implementation of IAM in cloud solution (IdaaS), onboarding applications to solution, highlighting/identifying risks and provide mitigation approach for IdaaS integrations
  • Collaborate effectively with different teams initiate action, manage change, contribute to high impact decisions and accept challenging assignments. Able to foster robust working relationships with team
  • Developing the configuration requirements/design and partnering with engineers during implementation
  • Possess leadership skills, to be resilient and drive changes. Ability to maintain composure under pressure and deadlines in a dynamic environment. Must have ideating skills to help the team explore ideas.
  • Observe project delivery protocol and ensure timely escalation of status, issues, and risks. Ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Ability to solicit business requirements through interviews and /or existing documentation or procedures. Ability to document business requirements and functional designs. Communicate with business owners and follow up for information
  • Provide guidance on the implementation of security policies/standards/risk controls implementation of new solutions and technologies providing support for testing, emergencies, installations, and conversions
  • Assist in audit compliance projects
  • Provide daily operational support for access requests.
  • Providing customer support in identifying and mitigating security risks while managing EAM audit and security controls
  • Must be flexible to lead business meetings/team deliverables within/outside of ones shift.
Essential Qualifications:
  • 5-7 years of overall IT experience & 3 years of relevant experience as business analyst in IAM/Federated/ Single sign-on or any relevant IAM Product (Okta, PING, CA SSO, Azure AD Federation, Directories)
  • 3 years of support/ business analysis experience on federation identity technologies: SAML, SAML 2.0, OAUTH, XML etc.
  • 2-3 years of support/ implementation experience of IAM on cloud (IdaaS)
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot configurations, issues.
  • Strong understanding of identity management account and entitlement lifecycle, onboarding and off-boarding, privilege accumulation, role-based access control, and authentication, authorization, delegated administration, Service oriented Architecture and accounting
  • Working experience in production support or implementation role.
  • Has leadership skills. Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Good negotiation, conflict resolution and decision making skills.
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Technology /Engineering
  • Desired Qualifications:
  • At least one or more certifications such as CISSP, CCSP, CCSK and/or vendor based cloud certifications in Okta, Azure AD and CA
  • Understanding of web services technologies (SOAP, REST, etc.)
  • Experience with issue and change management and with associated tracking tools (Remedy, Service Now, etc.) to meet defined SLAs
  • Familiarity with Agile or Rapid Application Development methodologies
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills

Must be willing to work on a Night Shift schedule (8pm - 5am) in Mckinley Taguig.
