• The infrastructure Project Manager oversees the planning, implementation, and tracking of a specific short-term project which has a beginning, an end and specified deliverables. • Actively plan and manage project scope, schedules and resources on the project • Leads diverse teams of stakeholders, either on specific projects in the short or long term or with regard to several projects on an ongoing basis • Identifies, assesses, manages the risks of the project and takes appropriate prevention action • Prevents project scope creep or mitigates it when it occurs, manage changes in users requirements according to Change Control processes, schedule slippage, technical problems and shortages of resources • Work closely with business managers, development and support teams to ensure end objectives are met • Ensures timely submission of reports for projects • Work closely with client to ensure timely closure of contractual milestone for billing • Manage and build existing client relationships • Work on the presentations for the project meetings at CXO level.

Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
