Job Description

Sales support (SEA) 
  • Provide primary support to SEA sales team in executing the daily operational tasks 
  • Proactively follow up on SEA sales leads with distributors to ensure the leads cascaded to them are being follow up 
  • Ensure data accuracy by maintaining the SEA SFDC funnel, routine updating and data scrubbing 
  • Coordinate with distributors for shipping instructions and inventory reports 
  • Prepare quotations for our distributors 
  • Attend to request from SEA distributors – e.g. tender information, brochures, technical spec 
  • Coordinate and follow up with marketing, technical, operation, regulatory on brochures & documents, credit notes, product complains, regulatory documents, Certificate of Origin (COO) etc 
  • Schedule and coordinate sales meeting with on a routine or ad hoc basis. 
  • Coordinate and facilitate SEA distributor meetings and distributor trainings 
Sales support (Singapore) 
  • Responsible to manage the all Sales enquiries received in general sales email and Sales Leads from 
  • marketing 
  • Ensure data accuracy by maintaining the Singapore SFDC funnel, routine updating and data scrubbing 
  • Create opportunity and quotation in Sales for Singapore direct business 
  • Retrieve Tender Management in retrieving leads in SESAmi and Ariba for Singapore direct business 
  • Maintain sales documents and filing system 
  • Liaise and coordinate with respective function like Marketing and Finance for list price, market price and 3PL price creation 
  • Coordinate with Sales, Service and Operation for Demo consignment on filing the DC form and approval status, monitoring the movement from loan date to return date 
  • Occasionally to do joint visit with Sales or Application team to customers 

  • Minimum Diploma in Business or any science related discipline 
  • Minimum 3 years of Sales support experience with a leading medical device company preferred 
  • Minimum 3 years in handling sales support with distributors 
  • Proficient in Microsoft office application (Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint) 
  • Highly adaptable to changes in a rapid evolving environment 
  • Ability to execute multiple tasks simultaneously and exemplary follow up skill 
  • Mature and meticulous with an eye for detail
