Senior Investment Analyst Real Estate / Hospitality Family Office Deal Underwriting & Analysis (APAC) Location: Singapore
The Company The company is a Family Office focused toward Asia and European Investments in Real Estate & Hospitality. It is driven by a seasoned and well-respected Investment Director offering a wealth of experience secured in global, top-tier PE and Corporate/Principal-side firms. To support its growth, there is a need to appoint an Analyst.
The Position Based in Singapore, the appointed individual will work closely with both the MD and an Investment Manager whilst supporting full analysis and due diligence for deal-flow. As such, there will be a need to build models, run and tweak numbers to assess deal prospects whilst also preparing executive summaries / investment theses for internal review and for the benefit of external investment partners. The role will include engagement with third parties (buyers/sellers and agents) whilst working in an independent and empowered manner. The position will be focused toward sector and market research as well as undertaking preliminary financial modelling, due diligence and deal underwriting processes through to successfully completed transactions. This is an excellent opportunity to join a small firm that is looking to progressively grow across three core pillars: Asia hospitality and real estate investment; the building of an Hospitality Operating business and capital markets movement to the UK for co-investment opportunities. In time, the objective will be to manage third party funds and which will provide further impetus for even larger and more voluminous deal flow.
The Person Interested candidates will be located in Singapore whilst offering Degree accreditations in Real Estate or Finance together with approximately 3-4 years experience undertaking real estate/hospitality investment analysis. Aside from an ability to operate in an independent and resourceful manner, necessarily, the successful candidate must possess highly-developed interpersonal skills complete with a proven ability to undertake supporting research and an ability to build complex financial models (DCF, NAV) and to prepare preliminary investment proposals. Moreover, candidates should have the confidence to interact with senior-level stakeholders.

New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
