Our client is an established and growing private equity firm with a robust presence in this region. Due to growing investments in this region, they look to expand their investment teams.
The focus of this role is assessing potential investment opportunities, leading the deal execution process and guiding junior team members. You will be actively involved in all aspects of the investment process and monitoring the portfolio companies’ performance. You have a high level of commercial acumen and are able to form an independent opinion on the attractiveness and viability of an investment. You can confidently discuss, present, debate investment opportunities and communicate investment recommendations to the investment committee.
You have an outstanding Degree in Finance/Economics/Accountancy or related discipline from a reputable University and have 5 – 10 years of investment banking/private equity/M&A experience with leading financial institutions. You have a strong track record executing deals in Asia and have deep knowledge and experience in any of these sectors: Technology, Media & Telecommunications, Transportation or Industrials. An MBA or CFA holder, you have a high level of technical competence and are well versed with capital markets and capital structures to support financing transactions. A strong communicator with outstanding interpersonal skills, you work effectively with external and internal deal parties and stakeholders.

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
