Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION

- Responsible for ensuring that all vendor invoices (3-way match, 2-way match, non-PO, credit notes) are accurately matched and verified
- Oversee the processing of refunds for tender / fitting out / contractual deposits
- Ensure SOPs are reviewed and updated regularly
- Ensure that service is delivered to customers in accordance with pre-defined Service Level Agreements
- Support PTP Manager in establishing KPIs and goals for the Invoice Processing team and evaluating the team’s performance throughout the year
- Provide coaching and guidance to the Invoice Processing team
- Cultivate customer service mindset and promote collaboration between the Keppel FSSC teamsJOB REQUIREMENTS

- Diploma or Degree in Accounting or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Obtained Certified Public Accountant, Chartered Accountant, Chartered Certified Accountant, or equivalent
- Minimum 3 to 5 years Finance / Accounting working experience, preferably in a mid-tier or large accounting firm
- Minimum 1 to 2 years of supervisory or team management experience
- Strong accounting knowledge and application of Singapore FRS
- Displays analytical thinking, meticulousness and the ability to work under tight timelines
- Demonstrates ability to lead and manage teams
- Knowledge of SAP, Hyperion and ticketing tools is advantageousBUSINESS UNIT
