IT Audit Manager – Financial Services Seeking Senior IT Audit Manager to develop audit plan, conduct reviews and report to key stakeholders Ideally with experience from consulting firm or financial services organization Well known market leader within financial services Job Scope Challenging the effectiveness of the framework of controls which enable risk to be assessed and managed. Internal Audit to improve controls Establishing strong stakeholder relationships as appropriate to gain a good understanding of the business, the challenges it faces and the key inherent risks Supports Head of Audit with External Audit management Key Outcomes Supporting Head of Audit in the delivery of the audit plan Manage audit focus through applying risk analysis to identify areas for in-depth review Audit Reviews including complex reviews across multiple locations, from planning to close. Lead issue tracking and manage issues including regular stakeholder management meetings. QUALIFICATIONS/ KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE Experience in audit firm or consulting firm in the financial services department OR/AND insurance / asset management company or financial institution or regulation institution. Experienced IT auditor with a Professional IT audit or security qualification (CISA, CISM, CISSP or equivalent) preferred. Degree and professional qualification preferred. Candidates with a strong and broad background in IT delivery, an interest in risk and controls, and a desire to influence change in a complex and challenging environment, for whom this could be an exciting career development opportunity. Good working knowledge range of IT regulations and disciplines, including change (particularly Agile), run (e.g. ITIL) and security best practice. Analytical mind, and the ability to identify key business risks associated with the use of IT within the financial services sector. Financial services (insurance / asset management), experience will also be preferred although this is not essential. Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
