Provide PC helpdesk support for all users in APAC.
Troubleshoot and maintain PC-related hardware, printers, network equipment, servers and routers.
Responsible for installation, configuration, administration and maintenance of servers and network.
Monitor the performance of servers and network equipment and make recommendation regarding infrastructure upgrades.
Ensures that hardware, software, operating systems and related IT procedures adhere to corporate standard and IT policy.
Manage backup for critical data and system.
Manage Disaster Recovery Plan for APAC.
Track, record and procure IT assets such as servers, desktops, laptop, printers, monitor, etc.
Document and maintain any IT documentation regarding IT infrastructure, procedures, user support issue and resolution.
Collaborate and liaise with vendors in resolving problems or rolling out new services or applications.
Involve and assist any infrastructure related projects.
Dynamics AX system build and refresh tasks.
Vendor Management and assist Head of IT to collate APAC IT budget requirement.
Any other ad-hoc duties/projects.
Diploma/Degree in IT or relevant fields with minimum 3 years of relevant working experience.
Hands on experience with server and network configuration.
Good working knowledge of DHCP, Active Directory and DNS.
Familiar with MS Windows Server administration, MS SQL administration, MS RDS, MS SharePoint and MS Office. Experience in supporting end users for their daily PC usage problem. Familiar with Windows 8 and above.
Strong technical skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast paced dynamic environment.
Customers oriented and ability to work on tight time-scale.

Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
