Take ownership of End user devices standards and roadmap such as Windows lifecycle, Desktop/laptop lifecycle
Ensure compliance of end user devices as per company IT policy
Engage with end users to ensure roll out of various company initiative to end user devices
Manage vendor to provide support to senior management
Interacting with users, vendors and customers
Diploma or Degree in IT/Computer Engineering/Computer Studies
5 - 6 years hands-on/management experience as an end user devices support in an enterprise environment (more than 1000 users).
Strong experience in engaging with senior management in a large company
Strong experience in managing vendors to deliver end user experience
In-depth knowledge of O365, Windows Desktop OS, Microsoft Active Directory, Windows File sharing, Desktop Antivirus, Wireless Technology, Basic Networking knowledge, Office Automation Software e.g. MS Office, MS Outlook, IE Browser, Printers and PC Laptop, Desktop and Workstation setup and troubleshooting.
Professional certification in MCP/MSCE/MCSA, CCNA and ITIL v3 are advantageous
Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills

New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
