  • Gross Salary up to S$3000/ 1-year Contract
  • 5 Days Work/ 11 Hour Shift include Weekend

Job Description:
  • The IT Service Desk Specialist will ensure that our customers receive the IT support they need for IT incidents and service requests by phone, email and ticketing system.
  • Responsibilities:
  • Provide high quality customer service to customers by building relationships and trust through appropriate communication and responsive services
  • Convey troubleshooting steps and information to customers via phone calls, and/or email
  • Troubleshoot technical problems and properly documenting all customer requests via a ticketing system
  • Provide support for all IT related needs such as:
  • Software and hardware installations, support, and troubleshooting, including Microsoft products and business specific applications
  • Wireless device support and troubleshooting, including Apple and Android products
  • Printer and related equipment troubleshooting
  • Use knowledge documents to implement solutions or appropriately escalate customers
  • requests to the next tier of support


Requirements:
  • Minimum diploma holder or equivalent with 1 years experience in an IT related role or IT Service Desk environment
  • Must be able to work during weekends
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft operating systems and applications
  • Working knowledge of LAN, WAN, AD, file server technology and use of ITSM tool
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills in both the English and Chinese language
  • Ability to work in a team environment and multi-task

Other information:
  • Location Orchard
  • 1-year contract with completion bonus
  • Work day (Include Weekend)
  • For the first couple of weeks, the employee will be on 5-day work week from 9am to 6pm.
  • Once the employee has completed his training, he will be on 11-hour shift, either from 8am-7pm or 7am-6pm (4 days per week)
