Responsibilities
  • Provide 1st tier support to users via phone, email, chat and ticketing system
  • Assist users with technical issues related to PC, laptop and other peripherals
  • Setup, configure and technical support of desktop or network devices
  • Ensure proper documentation, notification, tracking and follow up of all incidents
  • Ad-hoc duties may be assigned
  • Shift-duty is required
  • Training will be provided

Requirements
  • Degree in Computer Sciences or other related disciplines
  • Basic understanding and knowledge on networking
  • Eager to learn IT knowledge
  • Self-motivated, responsible and reliable
  • Positive thinker with an outgoing personality
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Service-oriented mindset
  • Fluent in English, (Proficiency in Mandarin is a plus!)
  • Fresh graduates are welcome!
