Job Description
This position places a high emphasis on being able to provide quality research insights (from primary and secondary sources) and recommendations to our research and sales/delivery teams, as well as our clients. Therefore, being able to communicate your findings and ideas with clarity and confidence is essential.

Responsibilities:

• Staying informed on the latest market and technology trends, research techniques, and implementing best practices

• Communicating with clients to understand and document their business objectives

• Brainstorming with the research team to identify solution frameworks and potential business opportunities

• Performing independent desktop research on a broad spectrum of internal and external sources

• Compiling collected data on consumers, competitors, markets and technologies, and consolidating the information in a clear and concise manner

• Conducting quantitative and qualitative analysis to generate valuable insights in reports

• Presenting research findings and recommendations to clients, and answering questions with confidence

• Providing research support to sales and solution delivery teams on proposal and solution consulting, as well as client engagement

Requirements:

• Bachelor/Master’s degree in CS, IT, or related fields (a background in IT and digital is a must)

• 3 to 5 years’ relevant work experience; or with strong academic track record (e.g. MBA or PhD qualifications)

• Proven analytical, interpretative, and problem-solving skills

• Excellent conversational and business English ability (written and oral); Mandarin would be a plus

• Experience in either the dairy, pharmaceutical, healthcare, or digital consulting industry is preferable, but not necessary

• Excellent IT literacy (e.g. Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.)

• Demonstrate attention to detail and the ability to deliver high-quality work within set timelines

• Motivation to learn and commitment to adapt to a rapid professional development curve

• Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills and an ability to build credibility and rapport with external and internal contacts
