Your team

IT User Support team must cover all locations globally. With the expansion of the IT User Support team in Manila, and with the Mac Integration initiative, we are looking for a committed and highly skilled Mac Supporter. Therefore, we are aiming for a competent, responsible and independent person who helps us make this growth a success. This requires close cooperation with the IT team members in Switzerland and users worldwide.

Your mission
  • 1st up to 2nd level MAC Support
  • Ability and experience to identify and resolve hardware/software issues in a timely and empathetic manner
  • Experience with VPNs and Networks on Mac
  • Educate users with easy-to-understand language and provide World Class User Support
  • Excellent time-management and flexibility to provide timely on-site support and remotely to all areas of the business concerning Apple HW/SW
  • Able to work with minimal supervision but also able to collaborate with team members in all offices
  • Able to take initiative to make prompt decisions and to expand the knowledge base of team members through creating and sharing Confluence/SharePoint pages, team member training, etc.
  • Comfortable with communicating effectively with IT Operations and Engineering teams through providing and receiving feedback surrounding the project
  • As the go-to Apple consultant as well as the freshness of this project, the Mac Supporter must show initiative to keep up to date with Apple technology and news in order to answer potential questions users may ask User Support about any of Apple’s future Keynotes and Presentations
What you need
  • At least 2 years experience in 1st up to 2nd level MAC  support
  • Advanced know how of various Apple systems and software
  • JAMF know how a requirement
  • Advanced know how of Microsoft products (eg: Windows, MS Office, Office 365) also an advantage
  • Familiar with networking concepts and procedures and have an open mindset to networking
  • Structured and goal-oriented method of working
  • Distinctive organizational skills and process-oriented thinking
  • High sense of initiative, self-organized and resilient
  • Excellent English communication skills (oral & written)
You will get extra points for the following
  • Knowledge of hardware repairs but not expected to perform repairs on Mac’s
