Job Description:

The Job:

- Provide excellence customer service via phone/emails/on-site/ fax

- To log and fulfill the request within the defined service level

- Transfer and dispatch of any requests to next level support if needed

- Follow up with requestor of the status on the existence request till resolve

- To provide 1 st level support for user accounts, change of passwords, etc

- Processing software and hardware by coordinating user setups, installations and upgrades

- Installation, re-installation, PC-cloning, maintenance, troubleshooting of hardware, software,

peripherals, mobile devices, patch management, etc

- Perform diagnostic and determine cause of IT problem

- Handling of basic network and other IT equipment troubleshooting

- Provide training to end users / Educate the end users

- Nitec/High Nitec/Diploma/Degree in IT or equivalent who have prior experience with service

desk/helpdesk/technical support is preferred

- At least 1 – 2 years of experience in IT industry
