Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for on-site and help desk support and daily maintenance
  • Provide first tier technical support including troubleshooting, problem identification, resolution and escalation
  • Handle software and hardware installation and configuration
  • Maintain daily IT operations (such as backup, network/hardware support & system documentation update)

Requirements:
  • Diploma / Higher Diploma or above in Information System or related disciplines
  • 1-2 years working experience in IT support
  • Good analytical and problem solving mind, self-motivation, good interpersonal skills
  • Fresh graduate with high caliber will also be considered
