Support the customers to install, diagnose and resolve Hardware, Software, Application issues on desktop PC/notebook and related peripherals.
• To assist in installation of hardware and software • To ensure that hardware and software are maintained according to standards by performing upgrades, new installations and carry out routine updating procedures
Job Knowledge/Skills Diploma in Information Technology or Computer science or any computer related subject. Good knowledge in PC hardware, LAN and Windows OS • Resourceful and able to resolve problems independently using online and offline resources • Good communication and Interpersonal Skills • Able to communicate effectively in English • Well organized, proactive and self-directed • Able to perform with minimal supervision and a team player • Shift duty and weekend support are required when needed • Fresh graduates with troubleshooting knowledge are welcome to apply • Singaporean or SPR are welcome to apply.

Job Description :
To ensure customer service and support all operations. To create customer delight at every interaction.
Interacting with external customers and internal customers and addressing their queries, requests and complaints.
Committed TATs are met consistently
Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
