**Our Client is an established company in Singapore, who is seeking to recruit an ITSM System Solution Manager (ServiceNow).
ITSM System Solution Manager (ServiceNow)
The ITSM System Solution Manager manages the implementation, upgrading and enhancement of system/solution to meet customers needs. You will also be involved in the development of software/system used for service delivery.
Responsibilities:
  • Conducting regular project and code review session
  • Reviewing and enhancing system for security compliance
  • Conducting training for end user and/or support staff
  • Managing the development and release schedules
  • Identifying, assessing and managing system enhancement required to improve managed services delivery productivity
  • Managing different stakeholders who often have different set of concerns
  • Managing change to effectively adopt automation
  • Managing complex requirement and inhouse, external resources to deliver projects on time.

The Requirements:
  • Degree in IT with at least 5 years of relevant experience in project management or developing ITSM system such as ServiceNow
  • IT Service Management and Scrum Methodologies
  • Java, Unix or Powershell scripting, Database, reporting technology
  • Lean Six Sigma
