Job Description

Reporting to the Team Lead of Operations, this role will be working in the Singapore team, with a focus on servicing Japanese-speaking clients.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing excellent customer service to all clients
  • Provide technical support and access administration
  • Assist clients on funding and transfers
  • Provide assistance on trading platform and product-related queries
  • Client reporting and client data maintenance

Key requirements include:

  • Diploma or Degree holder with minimum 1-2 years' client service experience within Financial Services industry
  • Native Japanese proficiency or JLPT N1 and fluent English is a must
  • Strong communication skills with a passion to provide excellent client service
  • Ability to multi-task and work under pressure in fast-paced environment
  • Ability to follow guidelines and ensure adherence to all compliance policies and procedures
  • Good understanding of various Capital Markets products is advantageous
