We are currently hiring for the position of a Project Manager for our client based in Singapore.

Job Title: Project Manager

Type: 1 Year Contract Position (Extendable)

Location: Singapore

Key Skill - Project Manager with experience of Contact Center or Unified communication implementations

Job Objective -

Project Manager is responsible for leading teams to deliver project(s) that span across multiple business units. Manage resources, schedules, financial and adhere to stage gate quality and company project management control guidelines throughout the full systems development life cycle. This also includes management of issues, risks and project change requests to ensure successful and on-time project delivery.

Project Manager has the authority to run the project on a day-to-day basis. Verify that the project produces the required deliverable of quality, within the specified boundaries of time and cost and to achieve the potential benefits defined in the business case.

Key Responsibilities -

Stakeholder and Communications Management

1)Manage all aspects of project and program engagement from planning, external vendor relationships, communications, resources, budget, change, risks and issues

2)Continually manage project and program expectations while delegating and managing deliverable with team members and stakeholders

3)Determine the frequency and content of status reports from the project and program team, analyse results and troubleshoot problem areas

4)Deliver appropriate and effective executive level communication

5)Provide status reporting regarding project milestones, deliverable, dependencies, risks and issues, communicating across leadership and business stakeholders

Process and Delivery Execution

1)Manage a portfolio of complex initiatives that span one or multiple lines of business

2)Full project life cycle ownership to ensure successful project delivery

3)Manage all aspects of the projects to ensure the overall program is aligned to and directly supports the achievement of strategic objectives

4)Prepare detailed project plan for all phases of the project

5)Ensure assignment of adequate resources to achieve project objectives in planned timeframes

6)Manage the day-to-day project activities and resources and chairs the project management team meetings

7)Understand interdependencies between technology, operations and business needs

8)Manage project scope and changes

9)Act as an internal quality control check for the project

10)Manage ongoing quality control and participate in quality issue resolution

11)Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel

12)Monitor, track and control outcomes to resolve issues, conflicts, dependencies and critical path deliverables

13)Ensure that projects and programs are proceeding according to scope, schedule, budget and quality standards

Key Requirements

1)Bachelor’s Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience

2)Proven working experience in project management, preferably between 10-15 years relevant experience

3)Project Management Professional (PMP) / PRINCE II certification is a plus

4)Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills

5)Excellent written and verbal communication skills

6)Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
