Strong Technical background and able to also guide and lead a network operation team members on troubleshooting and incidents. - Manage network Incident (L2/L3 support for all network infrastructure related incidents), provide network Operation and Services Support(service requests, change requests, maintenance support) - Support network consultancy for Systems On Boarding and Off Boarding(new systems or add-on integration to existing systems, decommissioned systems) - Develop and maintain procedural documentation and monthly progress reporting (Weekly Operation meeting and monthly progress report) - Weekly and monthly on service level reporting together with customer - Act as a single point of contact to address escalations or major issues - Reporting back to SDM/PM for all service delivery matters - Responsible for Network Team Resource Planning (Duty Rostering, Team resource allocation, Standby support) - Vendor Management
Skillset requirement: - ITILv3, CCNP (routing and switching) certification and experience is a must - MPLS hand-on experience is preferred. - Preferably with enterprise technical knowledge and experience on F5, bluecoat, Checkpoint, Fortigate, infoblox, Cisco IPS. - Team Lead experience

Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
