Working very closely with the sales and marketing team, you will, as a face of the company help in increasing the brand visibility and market share. Working as a link between the firm and the clients, you will identify customer needs and any gaps that there is and take necessary actions to bridge the gaps. A Diploma/Degree in Business with at least 2 years of relevant experience in FMCG. You will have an existing network in the modern off trade channel (Fairprice and DFI) and a definite advantage for candidates with ecommerce experience. Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
