Our client is a well-established Global Bank with a strong presence in Asia looking to hire a compliance officer with good exposure to KYC and Client On- Boarding. Interesting role as it covers KYC and client on-boarding as well as compliance advisory and transaction monitoring. You will be responsible for: - reviewing clients profiles during the account opening ensuring that all details are compliant with the regulatory requirements from AML, CDD and CFT standards. - advising and guiding the business on matters related to compliance - monitoring the clients' transactions, conducting investigations and identifying any suspicious transactions. - filling the suspicious transactions report. This role will be a good fit for you if you have good exposure to KYC and AML dealing with the day to day operational task as well as the confidence to advise the business and be seen as a subject matter expect in your area.
You will act as an advisor and will be able to influence your stakeholders ensuring a smooth completion of all the cases you will be handling. Indeed, a good understanding of KYC/ Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Standards, account opening procedures, Local Laws and Regulations and control process will help you to handle your daily responsibilities. To qualify, individuals must possess: - Minimum 3+ years' significant practice in KYC, due diligence and account opening in private banking or wealth management. - Good eyes for details and ability to influence - Wealth management or private banking background is a must to have

Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
