L&D Specialist, Capability Development  

Responsibilities Plan, conduct and review learning needs analysis and finding of specific constituents and make suitable recommendations on learning interventions. Conduct regular review of the curriculum so that it is best-fitted for the desired organisation outcomes Select, assess and work with suitable associates or vendors to develop new programmes aligned to the curriculum. Work with partners to manage and ensure the smooth delivery of the programmes Review and assess the effectiveness of our learning interventions and provide recommendations for improvement Support the design and facilitation of knowledge sharing platforms such as lectures, workshops and practice sharing sessions Requirements Degree, preferably in the Behavioural/Social Sciences (Psychology, Sociology or Education), with a strong interest in organisation development and leadership development. Possess 2 to 4 years working experience with background in learning design and development Candidates with no experience are welcomed to apply Knowledge of adult learning theories and digital learning technologies will be advantageous.
