Delivers customer projects that require analysis of situations and full understanding of the solution being implemented
Serves as the technical resource for implementing network solutions of large scale environment WAN Edge (Routers/Switches & Riverbed)
Implement and support Cisco switches/routers, firewall and other appliances while maintaining network documentation
Part of the technical level support (Tier 2) and escalation of network related issues during and outside business hours
Works in conjunction with internal project managers, clinical application consultants, field service engineers, senior Technical Consultants, third-party entities, and customer technical lead
Participate cross functionally with vendors and other IT engineering teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
Strong ownership attitude and a track record of taking responsibility for problems and pushing through to resolution
Fundamental knowledge of TCP/IP, application protocols (DHCP/DNS/HTTPs) and networking concepts (HSRP/NAT/VPN/VLANs/802.1x/Wireless/Optimization/High Availability/Load Balancing)
Experienccustomer managers and technical staff
Familiar in Design Implementation and troubleshooting Routers,Switches,Riverbed,wireless Merakie interacting with Telco and Global ISPs (WAN/MPLS)
Experience developing and maintaining technical documentation,and procedures
CCNA/CCNP (Cisco Certified Network Professional) or equivalent certification.
Previous experience working in a technical consultation or customer service environment.
Excellent customer service skills and ability to effectively communicate with customer managers and technical staff
Familiar in Design Implementation and troubleshooting Routers,Switches,Riverbed,wireless Meraki
