Job Description
1. Cover L3 as part of the Development team to manage daily incidents and problem tickets.

2. Domain : Corporate Channel Application

3. Knowledge of channels experience is important and background in production support

4. Hands-on to a large extent, knowledge of unix shell scripting, Oracle sq. and control m (job scheduling)

5. Have leadership experience in managing senior stakeholders.

6. Presenting solutions and managing sev1/2/3 incidents with production support.

7. Build strong partnership with production support, infra team and IS security to resolve issues.
